I. Overview. 
The JNYQ-O- 15 laser analyzer adopts the principle of tunable laser absorption spectroscopy ((Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy, referred to as TDLAS), which can measure the concentration of specific gases in the process gas composition, including CO, CO2, O2, H2S, HCL, HF and so on. 
The system has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast response, no interference from background gas, non-contact optical measurement and so on. 

2.Principle
 
The laser process gas analysis system is based on the international leading semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy technology (DLAS), namely "single line spectrum" measurement technology. In the system, a modulable semiconductor laser is used as the light source, and the laser frequency is modulated by modulating the working current intensity of the semiconductor laser, so that the laser scanning range is slightly larger than the single absorption line of the measured gas. As a result, the laser beam of a specific wavelength emitted by the semiconductor laser is absorbed by the measured gas when it passes through the measuring tube, resulting in the attenuation of the laser intensity. Therefore, the system makes use of the different characteristic absorption lines of different gas components and the Beer-Lambert relationship between gas concentration and infrared or laser absorption spectra, and the concentration of the measured gas can be obtained by detecting the absorption size of the absorption lines (that is, laser intensity attenuation information).
