The medical oxygen analyzer is based on modular design and complies with pharmacopoeia standards of the European Union, the United States, and China. It provides three different types of sensors for continuous measurement of gases in gas compounds, analysis and measurement of four gas components, and monitoring of sample gas flow rate using a mass flow meter. According to XGB2021-061 (Medical oxygen technical indicators: oxygen 99.5%, carbon monoxide<0.0005, carbon dioxide<0.03%, moisture<0.0067%), implemented on May 22, 2022.

Selection of pipeline materials. The material and surface roughness of pipelines can also affect the changes in oxygen content in oxygen. Plastic and rubber pipes should not be used as connecting pipes in general. Usually copper or stainless steel pipes are chosen. Maintain a stable calibration environment for gas detectors, avoiding the impact of drastic changes in temperature, humidity, air pressure, and wind speed.
