Application Point
Air separation gas
Industrial gases refer to oxygen, nitrogen, argon, neon, helium, krypton, xenon, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, acetylene, natural gas, etc. Due to their inherent physical and chemical properties, these gases occupy a crucial position in the national economy, and their promotion and application speed is very fast, penetrating almost all industries.
The introduction of national standards such as "Pure Oxygen, High Purity Oxygen, and Ultra Purity Oxygen" GBT 14599-2008, "Pure Nitrogen, High Purity Nitrogen, and Ultra Purity Nitrogen" GBT 8979-2008, and "Pure Helium, High Purity Helium, and Ultra Purity Helium" GBT 4844-2011 has put forward strict requirements for gas monitoring in the air separation industry. To ensure the quality of gas products, it is necessary to strictly control the content of trace impurities in intermediate and final products, which puts higher requirements on the detection sensitivity, measurement accuracy, stability, and service life of online and offline gas analyzers. At the same time, due to the overall deterioration of the environment, it is necessary to strengthen online monitoring of the content of hydrocarbons, N2O, and other hazardous substances in the atmosphere, liquid oxygen, and liquid air during the air separation production process to ensure the safe and long-term operation of the air separation.
The TR-9500 air separation process analysis system is professionally designed for analyzing key locations in the gas production process of the air separation industry. It can be used for purifying raw material air, analyzing product gas purity, analyzing product trace impurities, analyzing N2 and O2 in argon, analyzing nitrogen in the lower tower and O2 in the liquid air, analyzing hydrogen and carbon impurities in the main cooling liquid, and analyzing trace H2.
