Monitoring plan for gaseous pollutant factors
CEMS online monitoring of waste incineration
Garbage incineration power generation is an advanced waste treatment method that effectively converts chemical energy from urban waste into electrical energy by subjecting it to heat treatment at high temperatures. This process not only reduces the volume and weight of waste, but also generates usable energy, which is of great significance for urban waste management and energy recovery.
In the process of garbage incineration power generation, garbage is first sent to the incinerator. In the furnace, garbage is incinerated at high temperatures above 850 ℃. This high temperature not only ensures the full oxidation of most of the chemically active components in the garbage, but also effectively reduces the generation of toxic gases. The heat released during the incineration process is converted into high-temperature flue gas, which is further used to generate steam, drive a steam turbine generator, and generate electricity.
The key to waste incineration power generation technology lies in efficient heat recovery and strict emission control. Modern incinerators are usually equipped with advanced flue gas purification systems to reduce the emission of harmful substances and ensure that the emitted flue gas meets environmental standards.
The TR-9300E continuous monitoring system for flue gas emissions (SO2, NOx, HCl, CO) is a product carefully designed for monitoring solid waste incineration flue gas based on our company's rich experience in online monitoring of pollution sources and industrial processes over the years. The core analysis unit of the system adopts Fourier transform infrared analysis technology (FT-IR), which is a spectral analysis technology based on the principle of infrared absorption. This system complies with the technical requirements and testing methods of continuous monitoring system for fixed pollution source flue gas (SO2, NOx, particulate matter) emissions (HJ 76-2017) and the technical requirements and testing methods (operation manual) of continuous monitoring system for fixed source flue gas (particulate matter, SO2, NOx, HCI, CO) emissions from household waste incineration (HJC-ZY80-2017), and has obtained the "Environmental Protection Product Certification Certificate" issued by the China Environmental Protection Association (Beijing) Certification Center and passed the "Environmental Monitoring Instrument Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection" testing report.
This system can be applied to continuous monitoring of gas pollutants (SO2/NO/NO2/CO/CO2/HCL/HF/NH3/O2) and solid pollutant dust, as well as temperature, pressure, humidity, and flow rate in flue gas emissions such as waste treatment plants, waste incinerators, hazardous waste incineration, sludge incineration, and cement kiln collaborative disposal. The system can generate graphs and environmental reports through data collection and processing systems, and transmit the data to various levels of environmental protection departments to meet the functional requirements of receiving, storing, displaying, and transmitting monitoring data.

The TR-9300E solid waste incineration flue gas emission continuous monitoring system adopts the American MKS Fourier transform infrared analysis method, which measures accurately, has a short response time, a fast detection method, and a variety of measured components. The system adopts the principle of full process high-temperature (above 190 ℃) extraction analysis, which means that the flue gas is extracted through high-temperature heating rods and high-temperature probes, filtered dust, and then enters the high-temperature gas transmission pipeline. After being pretreated by the high-temperature pretreatment module, it enters the high-temperature multi-component infrared analyzer for measurement. The temperature of the analysis chamber can withstand high-temperature heating methods above 190 ℃. There is no condensation or dehumidification in the middle, and there is no condensation or dehydration device in the sampling pipeline from the sampling point to the instrument host and detection device. Advanced high-temperature measurement methods can accurately measure some special components, such as HF, HCl, NH3, and flue gas humidity, which are highly soluble in water. They effectively solve the monitoring needs of the waste incineration industry under complex working conditions such as high humidity, high corrosion, high dust, high temperature, low gas content, and multiple detection types.
