Monitoring purpose
Chemical industry
The main process medium used in the chemical production process is gas, so gas analysis instruments are widely used in petrochemical production facilities. In production facilities such as petroleum refining, petrochemicals, coal chemicals, fertilizers, reactors, and various pharmaceutical and chemical raw materials, there are a large number of online gas analysis instruments that monitor and analyze various process gases. Based on years of experience in gas online monitoring applications in chemical industry using energy gathering instruments and combined with special application conditions in the chemical industry, our company has developed the TR-9400 chemical process gas online analysis system, which can fully meet the gas online monitoring needs of various working conditions in the chemical industry.
The TR-9400 chemical process gas online analysis and monitoring system has three main purposes:
1. Security monitoring: Monitoring media that may cause explosion hazards if exceeding standards, and the measurement results should be involved in interlocking control to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
2. Process control: Monitor the production status of the process to ensure the quality of the final product.
3. Environmental monitoring: monitoring whether the components in the exhaust gas emitted into the environment that can cause pollution to the atmosphere exceed the standard, and controlling the pollution of the production process to the atmospheric environment.
Juneng Company has a profound understanding of the chemical production process and a wealth of technology, which can tailor comprehensive solutions for petrochemical and fertilizer users.
Main applications
Monitoring of synthetic ammonia process gas
Synthetic ammonia refers to the direct synthesis of ammonia from nitrogen and hydrogen under high temperature, high pressure, and the presence of a catalyst, which is a basic inorganic chemical process. Ammonia is one of the important inorganic chemical products and occupies an important position in the national economy. Except for liquid ammonia, which can be directly used as fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizers used in agriculture, such as urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium phosphate, ammonium chloride, and various nitrogen-containing compound fertilizers, are all made from ammonia as raw material. The production process of synthetic ammonia mainly includes several steps such as CO transformation of crude gas, removal of acidic gas, methanation, synthetic ammonia, and ammonia freezing.
Our company provides various gas analysis solutions for the synthetic ammonia process, including CO, H2S, CO2, H2, NH3, CH4, and other process gases.

VCM process gas monitoring
There are various gas detection requirements in the production process of chlor alkali and VCM. VCM goes through the distillation section, and the tail gas of the distillation tower is recovered through pressure swing adsorption. The first and second synthesis converters are converted, and then purified before entering the compressor inlet and entering the compression process. After distillation in the monomer VCM distillation tower, it enters the compressor inlet and enters the polymerization kettle for polymerization through the compressor. The tail gas of the polymerization tower condenses and returns to polymerization through the compressor. Monitor the O2 concentration between the two-stage synthesizer converters and before returning to the compressor inlet to prevent excessive O2 concentration and potential explosion hazards.

Oxygen content monitoring of reaction vessel
Reactors are widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicine, and food. They are pressure vessels used to complete processes such as vulcanization, nitrification, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation, such as reactors, reaction pots, decomposition pots, polymerization pots, etc; Testing the oxygen content in the reaction vessel can achieve the goal of safe production and ensuring product quality.

Centrifuge oxygen content monitoring
Centrifuges are widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, food, pharmaceuticals, mineral processing, coal, water treatment, and shipbuilding, but their safety issues cannot be ignored. Due to the strong centrifugal force, it is easy to generate frictional electrostatic sparks during rotation, resulting in explosion accidents. Therefore, during the normal operation of the centrifuge, it is necessary to monitor the oxygen content in real time to ensure that it is below the explosion limit, and to interlock with the centrifuge control system in real time. When the oxygen content exceeds the set threshold, the warning function will be activated, and inert gas nitrogen will be quickly replenished or the centrifuge will be shut down.
