The significance of CEMS
Ultra low emission CEMS online monitoring
During the 14th Five Year Plan period, the improvement of ecological environment quality has entered a critical period from quantitative to qualitative change, and the complexity and difficulty of ecological environment governance have become more prominent. In recent years, the country has implemented various energy-saving and emission reduction projects, with a focus on industries such as steel, non-ferrous metals, building materials, petrochemicals, etc., promoting energy-saving transformation and deep pollution control, and promoting ultra-low emission transformation of steel, cement, coking industries, and coal-fired boilers. The TR-9300D continuous flue gas monitoring system is a combination of international advanced online analysis technology and Chinese environmental monitoring technology, carefully crafted through our company's years of accumulated rich experience in the industrial process field. This system complies with the environmental protection industry standards HJ 76-2017 and HJ 75-2017 of the People's Republic of China, and has obtained the "Environmental Protection Product Certification" CCEP issued by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association. This system is applied to online monitoring of gaseous pollutants (SO2, NOx, CO, CO2, HF, HCL) and solid pollutant dust in flue gas, as well as temperature, pressure, humidity, oxygen, and flow rate. At the same time, it calculates the emission rate and amount of pollutants in flue gas, displays (supports printing) and records various data and parameters, forms relevant charts, and transmits them to environmental protection departments at all levels through data, graphics, and other means. This system can be applied to the monitoring of ultra-low emission site CEMS, as well as to the monitoring of conventional emission site CEMS, meeting the application requirements of different enterprises, different emission limits, and various monitoring needs.

• Calculate the desulfurization (denitrification) efficiency;
• Improve and optimize production processes, reduce operating costs;
• Monitor whether pollutant emissions meet emission standards;
• Provide a basis for determining the types and quantities of pollutant emissions;
• Environmental management shifts from qualitative management to quantitative management;
• Implement remote transmission to provide a basis for environmental monitoring enterprises.
