Product description
I. Overview.
TR- 9200 gas analysis system mainly includes: converter gas recovery, blast furnace coal injection process, blast furnace gas, converter gas, coke oven gas, producer gas, semi-water gas, CDQ circulating gas, biomass gas and industrial gas cabinet front / back / top gas composition analysis system, and non-ferrous metal smelting furnace gas analysis system.
Through the detection of different process gas, the system can achieve energy saving and safety management; through the analysis of non-ferrous metal smelting furnace gas, it can provide evaluation for process optimization and waste gas recovery.
The system usually adopts instrument cabinet type or analytical cabin type, and is composed of sampling probe, sample pretreatment and analytical instruments, etc. The main analytical objects are: CO, O2, CO2, H2, CH4 and other parameters, most of the analyzers adopt infrared, paramagnetic or electrochemical, thermal conductivity principles, and industrial chromatography can also be used for full-component analysis of gas.
The system adopts a reliable dry sample processing system, and the key components are imported; the process design of the sample pretreatment system, according to the different process conditions on the site, designs a targeted solution to ensure the reliable operation of the analysis system; the supporting analytical instruments of the system can be configured according to the different requirements of customers, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of users.
