2. Purpose and scope of application

The JNYQ-H-30 digital hydrogen analysis instrument can be used for continuous and automatic analysis of the percentage concentration of hydrogen in various mixed gases. Its structure is suitable for installation in complete sets of equipment, with the characteristics of simple structure, small maintenance amount, and long service life. Suitable for non explosion-proof places such as thermal power plants and fertilizer plants, and can also be used in scientific research institutions, laboratories, etc.


3. Application field

1. Power plant: Analysis and measurement of the purity of hydrogen used for cooling in the hydrogen cooling system of the generator, and the percentage content of hydrogen in the environment;

2. Fertilizer plant: The percentage content of hydrogen in fresh gas and circulating gas in the ammonia synthesis process of nitrogen fertilizer;

3. Steel plant: Analysis of net gas after dust removal of blast furnace gas.


4. Working principle

The working principle of the JNYQ-H-30 digital hydrogen analysis instrument is to determine its composition based on the thermal conductivity of the gas, that is, to determine the content of hydrogen in the mixed gas by measuring the thermal conductivity of the mixed gas.
