1. Introduction

The TR-9300N ammonia escape online monitoring system adopts high-temperature heat tracing extraction technology to continuously monitor the escaped ammonia during the denitrification process. The system consists of three parts: sampling and transmission unit, pretreatment and control unit, and analysis unit. It is mainly used for gas emission monitoring and process control in many industrial fields, such as coal-fired power plants, aluminum plants, steel plants, smelters, garbage power plants, cement plants and chemical plants, glass plants, etc.

The analyzer adopts the principle of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), which can measure the concentration of specific gases in process gas components, including NH3, H2S, HCL, HF, etc. This system has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast response speed, no interference from background gases, non-contact optical measurement, etc., providing reliable guarantees for real-time and accurate reflection of changes in escaping ammonia.
