1. introduction.
The TR-9300N ammonia escape on-line monitoring system adopts high temperature heat tracing extraction technology to continuously monitor the escaped ammonia in the denitrification process. The system is composed of three parts: sampling and transmission unit, pretreatment and control unit and analysis unit. It is mainly used in gas emission monitoring and process control in many industrial fields.
For example: coal-fired power plants, aluminum plants, iron and steel plants, smelters, garbage power stations, cement plants and chemical plants, glass plants and so on.
The analyzer adopts the principle of tunable laser absorption spectroscopy ((Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy, referred to as TDLAS), which can measure the concentration of specific gases in the process gas composition, including NH3, H2S, HCL, HF and so on.
The system has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast response, no interference from background gas and non-contact optical measurement, which provides a reliable guarantee for real-time and accurate reflection of the change of escaped ammonia.
