2.Principle of system monitoring:

The flue gas is extracted from the flue by a special heating sampling probe and transmitted to the pretreatment system of the flue gas analysis cabinet through an electric tracing tube (120-160 C). The flue gas is dedusted, dewatered, stabilized and distributed to SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, O2 analyzer for analysis after the temperature flow. 

Among them, SO2 is analyzed by 43i pulse ultraviolet fluorescence analyzer, NO-NO2-NOX by 42i chemiluminescence analyzer, CO, CO2 by infrared analysis principle, O2 by electrochemical method or paramagnetic principle. Dewatering equipment is condensed and dewatered by ECM-2 phosphoric acid condenser of German M&C Company, so that it can pass through the condenser. The flue gas reaches the state of acid saturation, avoiding a very small amount of condensed water adsorbing SO2.       Dust is analyzed by dilution sampling whole-course heating and laser front scattering analysis system of PM CEMS special dust meter for wet flue gas. Then the front scattering system is automatically calibrated and manually calibrated periodically by a micro-oscillatory balance to complete the accurate measurement of dust in flue gas.

3.Technical feature:

The system is reliable and stable for a long time without routine maintenance
The analyzer adopts Simmer Flyer 43i SO2 analyzer and 42i NO-NO2-NOX analyzer. The detection limit can reach PPb level.
The dust is monitored by the PM CEMS dust monitoring system of the SEM Fisher company, with a minimum monitoring limit of 0.25mg/m3.
The loss of SO2 is avoided by adopting German imported condenser with unique phosphoric acid technology
Adopting PLC control, high automation and small maintenance workload.
The modular structure design of the system and configured flexibly.
The system has strong anti-interference performance
The system is easy to operate and maintain
