焦炉煤气氧量分析

一、概述

  本过程煤气中氧分析成套系统(以下简称系统)是过程分析仪器与取样预处理装置及其附属的应用保障部分(标准气),通过针对现场应用条件,工艺气样条件的系统设计,所实现的正确匹配与合理组合,使分析仪器能很好适应焦炉煤气的特殊工艺条件。系统能自动、连续、准确、可靠地分析煤气中氧气的体积比浓度含量。采用自动控制系统的采样、排水、探头自动除水、故障监测并处理等操作。系统正常运行期间能同时提供被分析气体的4~20mA标准输出信号;并根据各种测量组份的含量值输出超限报警状态信号。该系统的氧分析仪器采用英国CT公司原装进口传感器。系统技术方案先进、结构简明、部件性能可靠、自动化程度高、操作简便、维护量小、是监测气化炉煤气中氧或其它各种气体含量的理想设备。

 

二、方案设计

  根据现场实际情况,在C37电扑焦油器出口和C25电扑轻油器出口安装气体取样探头,两个取样点共用一个分析柜,通过循环取样检测的方式达到对电扑焦油器的安全预警控制。分析仪所检测的氧含量通过4—20mA模拟信号方式送给中控显示,气体分析系统和电扑焦油器进行连锁,将氧含量控制在0.6%以下,一旦氧含量高于0.6%,系统继电器闭合,电扑焦油器断电,以保证电扑焦油器安全可靠的运行。该系统为防爆型设计,全天候增压条件下运行。

 

三、工作原理

  参照系统流程图,当按下系统“启动”键后,被测样气在膜片泵的抽取下,首先在取样探头内进行冷却、过滤、净化,通过探头上的取样电动球阀和输送管线进入系统的预处理装置。先由瞬间降温后进入气液分离器,使样气中流动的水份和冷凝水充分有效的过滤分离,然后进入稀释器净化微量的焦油和萘,之后经冷凝除湿器处理,样气流出时的露点在3-5℃,然后经干燥器再充分干燥,最后经切换阀及膜式精密过滤器(可视)过滤,由流量计调节和监控样气流量单元(正常流量400~600mL/min),进入分析仪器进行分析。冷凝器的冷凝液通过自动疏水阀或手动方式由集中排污管排出柜外,排污管的接口为G1/2外螺纹。切换阀可实现采样、校正的气路切换操作。采样时间到时,自动对探头进行蒸汽反吹(内、外吹扫)。

  该系统的分析仪具有继电器触点输出报警或连锁控制功能,氧含量超出继电器设置上限或下限设定值时,输出的继电器就会动作切换,并且继电器是无源输出触点,可以随意选择控制:系统的触摸屏具有采样、吹扫、排水等状态信号指标的工作界面。

 

四、焦炉煤气中氧分析成套系统技术说明
