Summary

Stainless steel analysis cabins were a new technology that became popular internationally in the mid-1980s. It integrates the combination, complete set, installation and application of industrial online instruments, and was first widely used in refining and chemical enterprises. The standardized and specialized design of the on-site analysis cabin makes the installation and maintenance of analytical instruments more convenient, and provides a good operating and operating environment for the instruments, ensuring the required usage environment and accuracy of analytical data. Cabin structure

The explosion-proof analysis cabin adopts an all steel frame structure, and the analysis instruments and control units are assembled inside the cabin. The analysis cabin is equipped with a complete set of analysis instrument systems, and sample pretreatment, carrier gas, standard gas, and driving gas are installed on the periphery of the cabin. The sampling probe and the front-end pressure reducing station are installed nearby in the process pipeline. The cabin is equipped with explosion-proof air conditioning, explosion-proof electric heater or steam heating equipment (optional), which can adjust the indoor temperature. The distribution system is a pipeline system, equipped with explosion-proof distribution boxes, explosion-proof junction boxes, and other electrical components. The lighting system adopts explosion-proof fluorescent lamps and is equipped with explosion-proof emergency fluorescent lamps. The cabin is also equipped with ventilation, ventilation, and filtration devices, which can be regularly ventilated to maintain fresh indoor air.
